Quitting is not for losers

And before you know it, you are in. In deep. Invested with blood, sweat, and tears. Your heart and soul. And you do it while basing yourself on your initial going in position, you do not adjust, you keep the old information as most valid information, because…. Well, that’s what we humans do.

We might get new information, hiccups, and problems along the way, other people, changing environments, and still… we keep the same plan, the same method, and the same assumptions. And next to that, you have just invested too much to start wondering if this project is worth it if the goal is the same if the risks have not changed, if what energy and resources you have spent are not wasted… So, we stay the course, work twice as hard, and just lose the moment, the energy, and the heart if we are not careful. You do not get the moment again, to build something with the team, together, that you can be proud of. Or consider quitting and reviewing to learn lessons to be able to restart or approach another project next time in a different way. Quitting is nothing more than a redraw from battle and see where you can get the highest gain at the lowest cost (redrawing is not a shame at 3:28)
